The Ron Macklin Memorial Open (BOMA Day)
The Ron Macklin Memorial Open is your chance to network and build relationships with commercial property management professionals in a relaxed country club atmosphere. This golf tournament and dinner is one of the most anticipated events in the industry, with thousands of dollars in raffle prizes, massages, photos, a caricature artist, contests, food, beverages... and the most fun you've ever had at a business event!
The Ron Macklin Memorial Open is one of BOMA Fort Lauderdale/Palm Beaches' signature events. Formerly known as BOMA Day, it was renamed in 2013 to honor former association President and Board Member Ron Macklin and promote property management excellence through education. We will announce at least two scholarships at this event.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Guests are treated to world-class service throughout the tournament, and our lively dinner features a raffle with thousands of dollars in prizes! A portion of the proceeds from this event is used to fund scholarships awarded each year.
Not a golfer? Meet up with your colleagues for networking, cocktails, and all the evening's fun starting at 6:00 PM. All registered guests enjoy two complimentary drinks during the cocktail hour, networking, and our dinner event.
Note: Since our course is limited, you must be a member to sponsor to secure a foursome.
