Committees
"No one can do everything, but everyone can do something."
Joining is one of the best ways to develop relationships in the industry. As one of the most dynamic BOMA associations in the country, our local relies on numerous volunteers who generously lend their time, talent and expertise to promote excellence in Commercial Property Management.
SIGNATURE EVENTS COMMITTEES
The committees for our signature event are where you'll gain insight into our local association, learn more about the industry, build rapport and strengthen relationships within our membership. These committees are seasonal and open to all members.
The Ron Macklin Memorial Open (BOMA Day)
The committee organizes and hosts the annual golf tournament. The committee opens in January and meets until the event in April. Learn more about BOMA Day.
The Outstanding Building of the Year Awards
The TOBY® program helps shape high-performance buildings by providing an opportunity to educate property management professionals, reinforce team building, and increase asset value and tenant retention. Organizing the TOBY competition and gala is a year-round effort. The committee meets monthly (at a minimum) from June through November. We work side-by-side to create an Oscar's style experience for our guests. Learn more about the TOBY program.
