Sponsors are responsible for providing logo artwork, where applicable, in 300 dpi (or higher) JPEG format by October 1, 2026.

Videos
Sponsors are responsible for submitting MP4 video files by October 15, 2026.

Program Book Advertisements
Camera-ready ads must be 300 dpi, CMYK, and submitted as a PDF or JPEG. Files created in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or similar programs are not acceptable, as image quality will be compromised.
