The Outstanding Building of the Year Awards are all about the elite —the BEST of the best. We are thrilled to honor all of our TOBY® entrants' achievements and announce the commercial property management local winners at our annual 2025 TOBY Awards Gala.
You'll be treated to a champagne greeting and enjoy networking and cocktails at our pre-event reception. We will gather in the Cohen Pavilion to honor the best and brightest in commercial real estate property management and enjoy a delightful dinner. After the formalities, we'll turn up the music, dance and celebrate everyone's achievements at our always-lively TOBY After Party.

- Cocktail hour 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
- Dinner 7:00 PM - 9:30 PM
- After Party 9:30 PM - 11:00 PM
Attire
Semi-formal or cocktail attire is appropriate. Black and white attire is encouraged. Please refrain from wearing costumes.

Additional Details
- Only guests with reservations are permitted; walk-ins are not permitted.
- Refunds, changes or cancellations are accepted before October 18th. No-shows will be invoiced.
- Deadline to register and pay is October 29th by 5:00 PM, no exceptions.
- Early bird pricing ends on October 10th at 5:30 p.m.
- If you wish to purchase a table of ten but are unsure of all the guest names, please reserve the table and enter TBD for the names. Also, include your company name and email address.
- Any credit on file that you may have that is not used within one year will be donated to the Ron Macklin Scholarship Fund.
