What if my package doesn’t include a company representative at the event? You’re still welcome to join us, but you’ll need to purchase tickets for lunch, happy hour, and dinner. Lunch: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM Happy Hour & Dinner: 5:30 PM – 10:00 PM We’re unable to accommodate non-golfers between these times. Pricing will be announced soon.

I paid $3,000—do I get a free dinner? Yes! Sponsors at the $3,000 level or higher receive two complimentary dinner tickets for non-golfers. You’ll still need to register online.

If I’m a sponsor, can I come and hang out all day and help? Unfortunately, no. We have a large team of member volunteers who have been part of the planning committee for months. If your sponsorship package includes on-site representation, then yes—you’re welcome to participate during your scheduled time. You’ll receive an email from a committee member with your arrival details. Please note that lunch is not included, and you’ll need to provide the names of your representatives to that committee member in advance.

What’s included with golfer registration? Your registration includes: Lunch, 18 holes of golf, two drink tokens for happy hour Dinner, Golf hat, gift bag, and a door prize ticket

Can I come early and take a golf cart out on the course to see my boss? Sorry, we can’t accommodate golf cart requests or off-course visits during play.

What do I do when I arrive? Sponsors: Check in at the sponsor tent outside the Jacaranda entrance, where a volunteer will assist you. Golfers: Head to the 19th Hole for registration. Enjoy lunch, pre-game activities, and purchase tickets for the putting contest, Mulligans, 50/50 raffle, and raffle prizes.

Should I bring cash? Yes, it’s helpful! Contests and raffles will be available on-site. If you don’t have cash, you can purchase BOMA Bucks with a credit card. BOMA Bucks can be used for on-course contests and raffle tickets. They cannot be used to purchase food, drinks, or Pro Shop items.
