Annual Planning Guide
This page is designed to help you plan for the year ahead. It highlights upcoming BOMA Fort Lauderdale / Palm Beaches programs, educational events, and sponsorship opportunities so you can get key dates and formats on your calendar early. While details may evolve, this overview is intended to support advanced planning and budgeting.
We’ll share registration links, confirmed topics, and sponsorship catalogs as each event approaches, with updates released throughout the year via official BOMA communications and the member portal.
Member Luncheons & Speakers
Educational luncheons featuring timely topics relevant to commercial property management and operations.
Our General Membership events are held monthly on the third Wednesday of the month, unless there is a signature event such as our golf tournament, socials or TOBY gala. Please be sure to view our calendar for more information. Sponsorship opportunities are sent to our membership at the beginning of the year.
Sponsorship Available: $950 per luncheon
Includes logo recognition on event promotions and website, on-site visibility, limited speaking opportunity, and acknowledgment in communications.

A signature annual program recognizing excellence in commercial building operations, management, and service delivery.

Educational Programs & Networking
Building Engineering Education
Approximately six events per year. Engineering-focused breakfasts are sponsor-led. The keynote sponsor hosts the event at their venue. The sponsor serves as the primary event partner, covering the entire program.

Three events per year. Core educational sessions focused on operational fundamentals and best practices for property management professionals. Details and benefits will be announced closer to each event.

Conferences
BOMA Southern Region Conference
As part of the Southern Region, our members are welcome to attend the annual conference for additional education and networking opportunities. The 2027 BOMA Southern Region Conference will be hosted by BOMA Greater Charlotte in Charlotte, North Carolina, from April 15–17, 2027.
